Dental Prosthesis
Regain comfort, function... and your smile
The loss of one or more teeth can affect the aesthetics of your smile, your ability to chew, your speech, and your overall quality of life. At Dr. Mariona Palé's dental clinic, we offer a range of dental prosthesis solutions to restore these essential functions with natural-looking results, stability, and comfort.
Each situation is unique, and our team takes the time to help you choose the solution best suited to your oral condition, aesthetic expectations, and lifestyle.

Why replace missing teeth?
Beyond appearance, the loss of a tooth that is not replaced can have several consequences:
- Migration or tilting of neighboring teeth;
- Progressive bone loss in the jaw;
- Occlusion problems and joint pain;
- Difficulty chewing or speaking properly.
That is why it is recommended to replace missing teeth as soon as possible with a stable and well-fitted solution.

We make different types of dental prostheses, both fixed and removable, depending on your clinical needs:
Removable partial denture
Recommended when several teeth are missing on the same arch. It rests on the remaining teeth and can be removed for cleaning. It is an economical solution that is well tolerated when properly designed.
Complete removable dentures
Also known as dentures, they replace all the teeth in an arch. They can be used when all natural teeth have been lost. We pay particular attention to the accuracy of impressions and fit to maximize comfort.
Fixed dentures on natural teeth
When one or two teeth are missing, dental bridges may be considered. They are supported by the prepared adjacent teeth and provide a durable and aesthetic restoration.
Implant-supported dentures
In some cases, we can stabilize a complete or partial denture using artificial roots (implants). This significantly improves the fit, comfort, and chewing function. These treatments are carefully planned using digital technologies and surgical guides.
A tailor-made solution

Each prosthesis is designed using precise models, created with digital or traditional impressions, depending on the case. We work with high-quality laboratories to guarantee long-lasting, aesthetic, and functional results.
The type of prosthesis is always chosen after a complete clinical examination and a transparent discussion with the patient. Our priority is to offer you a solution that respects your health, your goals, and your budget.
